Learn about Chandrayan

The Chandrayaan Project is a series of lunar exploration missions developed by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) to study the Moon. It began with Chandrayaan-1 in 2008, which made significant discoveries, including the presence of water molecules on the Moon. Following this, Chandrayaan-2 launched in 2019, aiming to land a rover near the Moon's south pole. While the orbiter was successful, the lander failed to make a soft landing. However, it continued to relay valuable data. In this course, kids will learn all about Chandrayan.
